Developing virtual courses to equip Latino missionaries

Training Hub

For missionaries to thrive overseas, they need the hard and soft skills required to fulfill their God-given mission. Often, candidates approach us having been equipped in some areas such as their personal spiritual growth, theology or how to do local ministry but they often lack some practical and cross-cultural tools needed for effective missions overseas.

We don’t aim to re-create the focus of a local church, seminary or Bible school, but we do need to provide modular training to fill the gaps.

What’s the need for Training?

Reflejo has set up it’s on virtual Training Hub where practical courses are readily available for missionary candidates. Some of the topics we offer include:

  • Security and Cybersecurity

  • Discovery Bible Studies and Gospel Movements

  • Support Raising and Donor Communications

  • Self Care and Thriving on the Field

  • Conversational Dari

We desire to continue expanding this library of resources to better serve candidates (those applying to Reflejo and serving independently or with other agencies).

How does the Hub work?

Our Training Hub is always looking for experienced teachers in a niche missional topic willing to create content in Spanish. If you think that’s you, let us know here.
