• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless a technical error occurs.

• Donations may be one-time or recurring. You may cancel recurring donations at any time through your donor portal or by contacting us at finance@reflejo.org.

• Unless otherwise designated, donations are used where most needed.

We make every effort to ensure your donation is secure, using third-party payment processors that comply with applicable financial data protections. For any questions regarding donations, please reach out to finance@reflejo.org. Financial statements available upon request.

4. User Submissions and Communications

If you submit any comments, testimonies, or other materials through forms or email, you grant Reflejo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and publish such content for ministry purposes (e.g., testimonials, reports, newsletters).
