HOW DID IT START?
When Reflejo started, there weren’t any resources available in Spanish to help us navigate the development of a new missionary agency. These tools would have been helpful in the early stages of Reflejo.
We know that our experience is not unique, and God is calling many across Latin America to form their own sending structures. Because of this, Dave wrote a book to share what we’ve learned about starting and scaling a missions organization.
WHAT’S THE IMPACT?
Since 2024, we’ve seen many agency leaders use the book as a handbook to improve their systems and grow their missionary sending capacity.
We’ve even seen a new mission agency be born as a result of someone reading the book!
Now, our team is offering coaching and consulting to emerging mission organizations that want to unleash their full capacity and fulfill their God-given vision. We also hope to continue developing additional coaching resources that talk about the nuts and bolts of mission organization leadership and operations.
