Missional Coaching is our training focused on walking alongside church leaders (pastors and lay leaders) who want to learn about missions.
Whether they’re considering going overseas themselves, wanting to learn how to send a missionary well, or even care for someone they have overseas, Missional Coaching starts with leaders where they are in their missions journey and takes them through the building blocks of the Great Commission and quickly dives into to practical tools needed as they sink their teeth into partnering in mission and serving the unreached.
Activating Christian Leaders towards missions-engagement.
Missional Coaching
Missions 101
Twice a year, we open a new Missional Coaching cohort for Christian leaders (from pastors to small group leaders) who would benefit from learning about missions.
We’ll walk alongside them as they discover God’s heart for the nations by meeting them where they are (we’ve had leaders not even sure how they’re supposed to share their testimony!).
As they discover God’s heart for the unreached during Stage 1 which is a 6-week curriculum, they’ll select an affinity to dive deeper into afterwards. In Stage 2, they’ll have an option to select one of several tracks such as: Going, Sending, Mobilizing, Member Care and more and go into small group coaching with a key Reflejo leader who specializes in that area to take their first practical steps and hone in their skills.
After 3-6 months of coaching, they’ll have started to get involved with the Great Commission and become one of our Missional Coaching graduates, equipped with their first tools to mobilize their church towards the unreached.
How does it work?
