What We Do
Mobilize the Latin Church
A core function of our vision is to see the Latin American church mobilized towards the unreached. We do this by empowering lay leaders to become advocates for prayer, volunteering, giving, and going, through various ministries such as RAP, LATE and NubeDoce.
Equip Candidates and Leaders
As churches are primed for action, we come alongside leaders and missions candidates and equip them with resources, trainings, and various growth opportunities such as our Missional Coaching program to unleash their potential
Send Long-Term Missionaries
Once ready, we evaluate, train, and send long-term missionaries and teams to live incarnationally among the unreached, walking alongside them as they strive to create, sustain, and multiply gospel movements.
Care For Missionaries
Historically, missionaries from Latin America have been under-resourced and poorly supported. Many of those who have gone before us have survived the mission field, but not thrived with God on mission.
We strive to be better. Through intentional field leadership and Vida Plena, our member care program, we provide missionaries with the tools, mentors and community they need to thrive.
Gospel Movements
While they may engage in social, health, educational, economic, or other initiatives to be a blessing to those they live among, our missionaries go to the field with one mission: to introduce people to Jesus.
The best way we’ve found to do that is through gospel movements, a Spirit-led phenomenon where the good news of Jesus spreads contagiously through a network of social relationships whereby many people become committed followers of Jesus and groups of these disciples multiply. Such movements have the potential to radically impact whole towns, cities, and nations.
